Introduction: Condition One Fitness is a veteran owned and operated business. I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years but fitness/sports have been a huge part of my entire life. After serving in the Marine Corps for 7 years I felt like I had no real purpose in the dead end jobs I had until I began my fitness career. I love what I do and I love serving others!
I have trained people as young as 10 years old to 70 years old. All with different goals and needs. I have experience with training people who have never been inside a gym to collegiate level athletes.
Along with personal training I also use stretch therapy on my clients for recovery and or increase in range of motion.
If I come to your home or apartment gym I will bring any additional equipment that we may need.
