- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whenever possible, pricing will be structured as a total price on the entire scope of work. If changes or add-ons occur, they will be billed separately as a new line item. If it's unclear what the repair issue is or the repair issue is "exploratory" then the work will be quoted at an appropriate hourly rate. I always work with my clients and my pricing is matched to the expected quality and timeline of the service requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have several options for new customers, including site visits, phone calls, video chat, or schematic submission. Whatever works for you is what I will try for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of welding experience in many different welding processes. I have over 15 years of wood working experience.
