Culley showed up promptly as promised, gave understandable explanations regarding the planned treatment of the problem, charged a reasonable fee, and most importantly he was careful
and thorough in his actual work. He is experienced, knowledgeable and personable. He takes pride in the quality of his work, and wanted me, his customer to be satisfied- and I was. He also offered a follow-up plan for maintenance without any pressure. He is a true professional.
