I engaged XO for move out house cleaning. What she cleaned was fair and fine. But she left couple of things undone and we had to clean them on our own. Fridge was left unclean. I paid extra bucks separately for it. Agree there was food in the Fridge which I asked to remove and clean. She didn’t clean the spill ups inside. Also left kitchen cabinets unclean. The stove had fmgrease marka left too. I wish I had taken pics. Didn’t clean the wall baseboards, left few spots on carpet as well. I asked to just broom the balcony, which was fine but she didn’t broom or wipe railings. An example of fridge pic is attached. I have engaged another cleaner in The past and they were outstanding. I wish they were available on the day of my move out. I think XO can do a better job but need extreme handholding and guidance.

Least quote I found and available on short notice. Cleaning wasn't thorough. Asked to re-clean few areas but not all of them because it looked like Michelle wasn't comfortable doing a proper job.
