Gustavo quoted me a price, and I accepted. We talked and text on the phone Monday, November 26th, and Gustavo said he would be here today to do the project December 2nd @ 10 am. He never showed up. I called him @ 11 am, he didn’t answer his phone, and sent me a text he couldn’t do it today. Pretty rude I could of made other plans for today. Unreliable person.
