We typically give the clients an detailed estimate that includes the cost of the parts, equipment and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage the clients to ask as many questions as possible during the job evaluation stage. This allows us to suggest solutions that fit the client and his needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Engineering degree, 14 years working with power distribution, automation and electronics, 20+ years experience audio video installations and design, computer hardware and software, networks and system integration.
