- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private hands-on classes: Cost $60 to $100 per hour, per person, depending on how many people are in the class. Minimum two hours class. Cost dose not include food expenses. Chef James Reid will provide you with recipes and a shopping list for all the ingredients and recommended local stores to purchase specialty items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication with a customer is very important to me, so I always start with a questionnaire and a meeting to learn about my students. This helps me understand what is important to them. Every small detail can be important in finding a clear teaching direction. I what to inspire you to be the best cooks you can be!
