- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For $10 via Paypal to cover Thumbtack expenses, we can discuss your issue for up to 30 minutes. I'll make suggestions as to what action to take. There are times when I suggest something that doesn't involve me. If it's something simple, maybe it even gets fixed. My usual rate is $90.00 per hour. Travel time is billed one-way only.

We have a phone conversation to discuss the issue and decide how to approach it.
