Daniel is a perfectionist! He truly cares that his work is his professional signature. He handle the installation of our Jennair cooktop, Zephr fan, KitchenAid Dishwasher. In addition, he installed Koehler sinks in the bathroom and kitchen along with the plumbing and some carpentry. He is a expert handyman who can do it all! When unexpected problems came up, he found solutions to keep the project moving. We were so pleased with his high standards to do the job right. Daniel is a keeper and we will call on him for all our home projects!

We had another quotes from different companies but Daniel at Carmel Construction stood out the most. He was very honest and straight forward. What I like about him was there wasnt any hidden expensive. He'll tell you exactly how much the remodeling will cost. He helped us turn our garage to this beautiful apartment.
I was very picky and he didnt give me an attitude or tried to change my mind when I picked certain designs or if he installs something I picked out and I ended up not liking it, he'll change it for me.
He is very great at details and will fix it until the customer is happy. Hes all about customer satisfaction. He was always early and always leaves late. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. You'll definitely wont be disappointed if you had Daniel as a contractor. Hes great! I'll definitely use him for our future projects.

Daniel has now done two jobs in my house, a major kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Daniel is meticulous, reliable and does beautiful work. Specifically, Daniel did plumbing, rerouted a gas line, dry wall, texture, built a pony wall for my island, tile work, and installed baseboards. He was willing to help out with other random little things here and there too. I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve been working with Daniel for 3 weeks now and he has been patient, responsive, clean, very detailed and easy to work with. He follows up quickly and had kept me in the loop if anything changed. Still finishing up the final steps and I’m sure it’ll look great!
