- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I am in the middle of certification I only charge 15 dollars an hour for in person training. It includes a full diet analysis and plan, exercise plan and tutorials, composition of fitness apps that are programmed to your needs, and constant texting contact/ encouragement from me! I also do a health analysis and body composition intake. I also can do over social media training for 9$ an hour which includes everything but in person training. I also work for MINDBODY which is a health and fitness application that I use so that clients can explore and find new and discounted gyms and businesses that will help clients meet their fitness goals in a new and exciting way!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am trained in both working face to face and remotely. We first outline health goals as well as go over past health conditions. My consultation is complimentary including a diet analysis. We then work closely and create a detailed step by step timeline to our final goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in the middle of getting my personal training certification. I have taken courses in nutrition and health. I have trained multiple of my close friends achieve their health goals. I personally have lost over 80 pounds and have kept it off for over ten years! It is a deep passion of mine to help people of all ages look and feel their best.
