Chris has been instrumental in my leadership development over the past 18 months. Her thoughtful and thorough coaching sessions have helped me overcome some of my biggest challenges by getting to the heart of my leadership style and aspirations. Working with Chris has allowed me to focus on the development areas that matter most to my organization and to me, resulting in strong annual performance scores and increased responsibility since we began our work together. Thank you, Chris!

Ms. Noffz does her homework & comes to the coaching session well prepped about you and your goals. Her approach is disarming & individualized, yet thorough and frank.

About this pro

Coaching: I'm a certified and credentialed coach who helps clients get clear on what they want and need to do in order to obtain success. I use an unbiased and non-judgmental approach which expedites self-awareness and incites divergent thinking and action. When you work with me you'll develop a workable road map to solve problems and reach successful outcomes in the present as well as the future. I specialize in helping clients to: 1. Get clear on the real challenge. 2. Get unstuck so they can move forward towards reaching their goals and aspirations. 3. Re-gain the confidence to make necessary decisions and changes in their current actions and behaviors. I am a change facilitator and courage catalyst who will: 1. Help you focus better to produce results more quickly. 2. Challenge your current thinking, actions, and behaviors. 3. Ask you to do more than you have probably done on your own. 4. Provide you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish more. Consulting: As a certified coach, I use a coach’s lens to help facilitate the learning needed to gain consensus and commitment around desired solutions and actions. I pride myself in ensuring a client is left with a toolbox to resolve similar as well as new problems in the future. As an external expert, I can objectively review current organizational practices and processes to provide clients with detailed information and options based on industry, management, and leadership best practices. I specialize in supporting clients with: 1) Preparing clients before, during, and after an interview so they are the chosen candidate. 2) Time management (energy management.) 3) Conflict management/resolution. 4) Communication - interpersonal and within teams. 5) Emotional Intelligence 6) Process efficiencies. 7) Being organized for daily success. 8) And many other business and personal areas! I spent 30 years in banking and left the industry as a Vice President of Operations. During this time I was a strategic partner with the growth and development of new products and services as well as branches. I have a bachelor of science degree in business with a specialization in leadership and management; an advanced certification in management and organizational development along with several other assessments which are useful to help clients get clear on who they are so they show up as their best selves. I’m passionate about inspiring and empowering people to live the life of their choosing. When I see my clients find renewed energy, heightened enthusiasm, and increased confidence as they walk their path toward success I literally get goosebumps. I thoroughly enjoy being part of a clients "a ha" moments. To see them gain clarity and courage to do the things they want and need to do. No greater gift could I receive then to see my clients reach success!

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client's needs are unique and pricing is based off of the needs assessment for facilitating desired change to conclusion. Typical pricing for coaching sessions depend on the type of engagement and range from $95/session to $550/session. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and typically are held every one to two weeks for 3 - 9 months. Note: Prices do not include optional professional assessment fees or travel and lodging.

I work one-on-one with clients. It is important that you know I will create a safe and supportive environment by bringing a neutral, non-judgmental and unbiased perspective to every meeting. I partner with clients to create a new vision of their future, to break through obstacles that are blocking them from achieving results, identify action steps for attaining desired goals, and to manage and adapt to an ever changing environment. I believe that everyone is resourceful and knows what they need and want to do yet, this is very hard to do when life has thrown curve balls or you've lost your passion! Through my questioning and your focus and work, clarity is gained, problems are solved, and tools are learned for your future success.
