Robyn Gimler Yoga

Introduction: I am a full-time yoga and sculpt instructor in SLO and have recently decided to add on the side private and semi-private lessons to use my knowledge to help people to deepen their practice, move to different levels and strengthen their bodies. Teaching yoga has been my passion since I discovered yoga. I didn't start practicing until college and I wish I had started when I was a kid because it truly transformed my life. As someone who has suffered from anxiety finding yoga made a massive impact on my life and right then and there I decided I wanted to give that to other people whether they were dealing with things similar to myself or just need an escape or a different way to change their body.
