FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each video we produce is priced individually to account for the variables involved with that specific product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first sit down either in person or on the phone to discuss their vision. It is important for us to learn their passion, their drive, their success and their dream. After we feel that we understand the business and the vision, we work with the customer to create a quote as well as get a deposit. Once the deposit is secured, we work to write a script or story that will tell our targeted audience the message that the business wants to convey. With the script in hand, we can then move forward with planning each shot for the video and gathering the assets needed to complete the shoot. After the sets are determined and the actors are picked, we proceed to select dates for the shoot to begin. Once we have shot each scene, we then edit the video together with music, effects, color and text. If the project requires, we will also hire a voiceover artist to read a script and record it for us. Once we have the first draft finished, we send the video to the client for two rounds of revisions. Once the video has been finalized, we send a copy in the format they desire and also help to upload the video to their social media accounts. We then follow up to make sure they are satisfied with the product and then bill them for the remaining balance plus expenses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud to admit that our team of professionals are 100% self taught. Consuming an overabundance of coffee while putting in late nights of research as well as trial and error, we have been able to polish our craft to what it is today. We have been in the filmmaking industry since 2011 and have produced nationally televised cable shows, commercials, short films and more. Our Director of Sales and Marketing got her experience through being the HR vice president for an oil company out of Denver, CO. She also currently holds position as a professor for business management and marketing classes at several universities.
