- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer full and partial service planning, month of coordination, consulting, and marketing services. Event packages start at $1,000 and all are based on an $50 hourly rate. Consulting services start at $40 an hour, and marketing services start at $30 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will help you conceptualize all of the event details, and use our design experience to ensure you get the most out of our collaboration. We'll then send you a custom proposal for the event you’ve always imagined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO, Reyna Caraveo, holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University, where she was involved in planning, managing, and coordinating community and university events. She has over six years of event experience, and has been involved in a range of events from community based programs, university efforts, and family celebrations including birthdays, graduations, weddings, and more!
