- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do discounts based on quantity. Fees: Design: $25/hr (this includes vectorization, cleaning of files, redesigning files) Setup fee: One time $20 Lasering: $45 / hr I do discounts based on quantity of products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it is to see how their project can be made on the laser engraver. The laser engraver can cut and engrave a variety of materials making it suitable for wide range of projects. Second, it's working with material and labor cost to fit their budget and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally laser engraving and cutting for 3 years now, and have worked as a product designer / laser engraver for a large corporation before starting my own business.
