- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $25 service call/diagnostic fee that does not cover any labor or repairs. However, I do not charge a lot for labor and strive to find parts at the best price possible and transfer that savings to the customer.

I have 12 years experience with small engine repair and maintenance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by working as a tool tech in the tool rental at a Home Depot.
