- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent. I offer a discount for yearly service. I also offer a discount for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make it as simple and pleasant as possible. I make an effort to respond quickly and I am happy to answer any questions at all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with a residential window cleaner who was incredibly skilled at his job. He showed me the ropes on how to properly clean windows and also how to safely use ladders.
