- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my services are flat fee based. I have a fee schedule I can provide for the prospective client's perusal. In limited circumstances, I will charge hourly, however this is uncommon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial telephone conversation I determine the basics of what the prospective client would like to accomplish. During a follow-up conversation, whether it is in person or over the phone, I will perform a more detailed intake ensuring that I completely understand the client's expectations. I will have my client sign a statutorily required contract and immediately begin work. I will periodically follow up with my client to give stats reports as well as to ask any further necessary questions.
