I have been training with William for almost 2.5 years now. I initially signed up for a few sessions to see where it goes. But overtime I have come to rely on him to keep me on track and keep improving. My strength has gone up 3x and I feel amazing. William is really professional and keeps evolving the program as I progress. He is thoughtful about my personal needs and aims to build good habits that will keep me fit lifelong. I fully recommend him!Dec 29, 2018Verified
Willis is an excellent trainer that went above and beyond my expectations. His technical skills and overall knowledge in the area of fitness and nutrition are second to none. Willis creates an in depth program designed to meet your goals no matter what they are. He is very flexible and has demonstrated time and time again that he will go above and beyond to meet his clients needs. Bottom line, if you stick with Willis, you will meet your goals.Sep 6, 2018Verified
Will helped my husband get ready for our wedding. He's supportive, motivating, tough but fair and super caring. He's a great trainer!Jul 25, 2017Verified
Very knowledgable about weight loss and muscle building techniques. Trainings are tailored specifically to your needs. Train or places a lot of emphasis on posture and correct form, along w/progress monitoring to ensure goals are met. All workouts are precise and intentional. Willis also teaches you what to look for in your diet and offers great meal programs, tips, and advice on whatever you need.Aug 12, 2016Verified
