Introduction: I’Ready to train? I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade and have worked with all types of clients from those with injuries to building strength. I have a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science at Cal State Monterey Bay in 2011. I started as an assistant soccer coach and strength condition coach at Skyline community college for both Men’s and Women’s soccer programs. I have also worked as a Fitness Director and Manager for multiple gyms. I build tailored program layouts for all types of clients. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, rehabilitation, athletes, cardio, and functional training. I became a trainer to change people's lives. I have been working out for decades with fitness trainers so have some experience of the good, bad, and ugly. Will is none of these: he firmly occupies the GREAT category. He just radiates competency about all aspects of goal oriented fitness, including building muscle, losing weight, injury recovery and prevention -- he has done all of these for me. Beyond that he has superb knowledge of nutrition, flexibility, and holistic good health. He is methodical, careful, the only trainer I have met who keeps detailed notes, and constantly probes for any questions so that he can transfer competency to his clients. He takes client goals seriously and aggressively without engendering any risk. So, yeah, here is the very top of the top of fitness trainers that I have ever experienced in terms of knowing exactly what he's doing and getting you exactly what you want. But that's only part of why I'd rate him as GREAT. The other half is Will's character. He is kind and empathetic, has an absolute service mentality with his own highest standards, is of total personal and professional integrity and decency, is hyper responsible, and is a passionate, fun, open guy to be around. My wife has a highest standard for people: good human (haven't make the grade yet myself...). Will Sandoval is a good human. Extraordinarily competent and committed, brings his own deep values to what he does, and truly cares for his clients. This guy is a rare treasure, amongst trainers and amongst people. My life is better (and longer) because of him. I recommend him to you unconditionally and without any hesitation whatsoever.

Omg! Will is such an exceptional trainer and personal overall. I came to him a few years ago at 165lb with a desire to put on more muscle and he helped me get to 195lb in a way that felt safe and super tailored to my particular needs. My wife started to train with Will and I knew he had his work cut out for him. Will was able to get her motivated and excited to workout! A few months later, I decided to start training with him. Will quickly discovered my flaws (tight upper back which limited mobility and an old shoulder injury) and got to work. He built a custom workout plan for me to help rehab my shoulder and open up my back. A few weeks later, absolutely no pain and medial tasks that caused discomfort like folding towels for example, no longer caused flare ups. Working out with Will has been a game changer! I'm a certified personal trainer as well. Willis is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. He took me through a fitness assessment testing my maximal strength and cardio-respiratory endurance as well as taking baseline measurements of my weight, body fat percentage (via bioelectrical impedance scale) and hip to waist ratio for indications of overall health. He's a great trainer and he's teaching me cues and proper technique to look for in every exercise so that I can teach myself. He prioritizes safety over weight, emphasizing that he will not increase resistance until the form is perfect. He checks in on your progress after he assigns you an exercise program and makes himself available if you have questions. Would highly recommend.

I have been training with William for almost 2.5 years now. I initially signed up for a few sessions to see where it goes. But overtime I have come to rely on him to keep me on track and keep improving. My strength has gone up 3x and I feel amazing. William is really professional and keeps evolving the program as I progress. He is thoughtful about my personal needs and aims to build good habits that will keep me fit lifelong.
