After 6 failed attempts with other moving teams, we found Tony and his team on Thumbtack. We needed to move our oven to our second floor loft kitchen but was not successful due to a narrow spiral staircase. Tony and his team were quick to respond, came over the next morning and provided a free consultation, stated this would be done with easily and most importantly, safely. Tony completed a job that no one else seemed to be capable of and completed the move in 30 mins. Tony and his partner helped me move from Pacifica to Central Valley on June 13th and I could not have been more pleased with them. To start, I had a lot of questions a couple weeks before the move and vetted a few companies through Thumbtack. Tony was very responsive which is essentially why I chose to go with his company. They helped boxed up some of the heavier items and without my asking, they also took the initiate to put my bedframe together (which was huge help) after they unloaded at the new place. They were friendly, careful, prompt, and went above my expectations. Moving is stressful as it is...Tony made it stress-free. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Customers don't start getting charged until we arrive to their home, but there will be a return home drive time fee. After that there is a 2 minimum charge. Hourly charges for 2 workers is at $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically everything starts with both respect and courtesy towards the customer and their belongings.
