Best movers I have ever had! They were punctual, responsive, and took great care of my items as they moved them out of a 3rd floor unit and into another 3rd floor walkup. They were completely equipped with everything a mover needs (moving blankets, shrink wrap, mattress covers), their truck was a good size, and they were really fast. They cancelled last-minute through Thumbtack’s messaging feature (instead of directly by phone/email) so I had no idea they weren’t going to show until right when I was expecting them and was double checking the appointment confirmation. No one can help being too injured or sick to work and I sympathize completely but the lack of direct communication really put me in a bad spot with a moving emergency.Sep 16, 2018VerifiedDaniel D.'s reply
