I was down on my luck and was pretty discouraged a few months ago before meeting Dr. Colgin. I did everything I felt like I was supposed to do to look and feel better. I lost 30 lbs for my wedding but then have started gaining some of it back again after changing jobs and relocating. I had a visit with my PCP, explaining to her my energy level was low but I’ve kept myself on a pretty strict diet and exercise regimen. She was pretty understanding and ordered some labs suspecting it may be either my thyroid levels and/or mental health issue. With all that was said and done, my cholesterol level was high and all my doctor told me was to watch what I eat and consider being more active. I was livid. I sought a 2nd opinion and found Dr. Colgin on Yelp and decided to give it a try. My main objective was to feel and sleep better. After meeting with Dr. Colgin and getting a comprehensive lab test done, he insisted there was nothing wrong with me. We decided together that the 4-week detox/cleanse program combined with some homeopathic drops and supplements will get me back on track. Four weeks later, here I am feeling great! I am sleeping through the entire night and not feeling as tired at all during the work day. I no longer require morning coffee. Overall throughout this entire process, I learned a lot about my body and its relationship with food. I am more mindful and I look forward to keep at it. An added plus – Dr. Colgin always made himself available to answer any questions and offer words of motivation when needed. Thanks so much for everything Dr. Colgin!

Working with Dr Colgin has been a great experience for me. I admit, was skeptical going into the ChiroThin program- I didn't know what to expect, and I had tried other weight loss programs without much success. I had hit rock bottom and knew I needed to try something drastic to get the results I wanted. Dr Colgin and ChiroThin did not disappoint. I was able to lose 20+ lbs in 6 weeks! The program itself was easy to follow, as you just eat from an approved list of foods. What I loved most was knowing that Dr Colgin was there to answer any questions I had and support & encourage me along the way. I could text him any question and know I wouldn't be judged and would get an honest answer from him. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a healthy way to lose weight.

I wasn't sure what to expect before I started the Chirothin program with Dr Colgin. However, he sat me down and explained the process to the T. I was given a lot of information to read and he was definitely a source of information for me, when I had additional questions. He was there everyday during the program to keep me on track and motivated. If you are ready to invest in yourself, this is a great program to do it with. When you follow the program you see results very quickly, I was on track loosing 1/2 lb a day, consistently. All together I lost a around 19 lbs in 43 days with stepping a foot in the gym. If you believe in yourself, as I did, Dr Colgin will believe in you and invest his time in turning you into a healthier version of yourself.

Dr. Chris makes you feel at home the instant you walk into his office. He's enthusiastic about his profession and shares tons of information in an easy-going but professional manner. My back was completely out when I first went to Dr. Chris but he got me back on my feet in record time. Since then, he's led me through the ChiroThin program where I lost 36 pounds in 43 days and introduced me to functional medicine. He also has brought welcome relief to my wife, who suffers from an old back injury. Hands down, Dr. Chris is the best in the business!

I've worked with Dr. C on 2 series of the Chirothin program. I appreciate he's always available with resources, has done the program himself so understands when you might feel tired or cranky. He's always on the positive side of things & that's encouraging & completely supportive. I always felt I could contact him with any questions or concerns. If you want chiropractic adjustments or a weight loss program-he's the man to see. Always willing to share his resources & knowledge with you.
