Mr. Escobar is the best contractor I've met in San Francisco. He has worked on two very difficult houses in the city for me and was great. One house had numerous building code violations that required removing a deck and stairs, rebuilding the deck and stairs, removing dry rot, resheating and residing, replacing the windows. repainting. It all had to pass reinspection by the building department , which it did. At another house, it was a deteriorated Edwardian, where much of the trim and façade had rotted away, and he had to rebuild the façade as it was originally. That was another amazing job and he succeeded mostly because he is an excellent carpenter. I live in Reno, and these jobs had to be done without my presence, which requires complete confidence. Whether it is interior or exterior work, hire him and you won't be disappointed.

Daniel has been so helpful over the years. He is very reliable, honest and generally a good dude. He is thoughtful about each and every job. And I have never once asked him to return to a project once he has completed it. Very thorough. Child and dog-friendly, too.

Great price and incredibly fast. We got to know the family because it's a family business. And each family member has different trades, carpenter, painter and electrician. So everything was easily solved for our house project.

Daniel did a good job replacing some lattice on our deck with some custom-made planter boxes. He completed the work in the initially quoted time and they look great. Daniel had to make a minor change to one of the planter boxes after they were made because he didn't anticipate some interference, so I suggest he takes more time with measurements and design for future jobs.
