Introduction: I first conduct human resource audits to determine what areas are requiring the most attention. The compliance issues are generally the most fundamental, setting up systems that can be maintained easily. I specialize in strategic planning, establishing efficient work practices and organizational structure. I assist owners to look at their business differently through core practices and process improvement. I have over twenty five years experience in Human Resources in the hotel, restaurant, insurance, accounting private clubs and non-profits industries and have always added value by improving processes, services, employee service levels and the bottom line. I am passionate about my ability to look at work practices and structure and improve the work flow and the bottom line as well as improve employee satisfaction. The employees represent the company and they need to be efficient, challenged and committed. I feel great satisfaction when I am able to solve problems and create a better environment in the companies that I work with to achieve greater results.
