Introduction: I live in Novato but work in San Rafael. I can meet you anywhere in Marin but also don’t mind traveling out of the county to coach and explore new areas and meet new talent. I’m passionate about the game. As fan, player, coach and future soccer dad. I love all aspects about it the mental, physical, emotional, technical as well as tactical. I like to start small and simple with the fundamentals. Introduce the different surfaces of the foot, get touches with those surfaces, followed by dribbling, passing, trapping/receiving, shooting. I also imply my knowledge of proper warm ups/cool down, injury prevention, speed and agility training, plyometrics. Crawl before you walk approach as we might start doing new things very slow but with correct form then raise the speed, intensity and add restrictions or variations. I love coaching and encourage players be positive minded and optimistic, but to not shy away from hard work and to embrace challenges to make you better. I also encourage them to use their weaker foot and not be afraid to make mistakes. Thank you for your consideration I look forward to working with you.
