- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Resume Services start at $99, which includes the following: *Professionally written resume tailored to the industry or job you are targeting *Keywords optimized, increasing your chances of passing the computerized screening *Cover letter at no additional charge Note: I do not set limits to the number of edits or rewrites. I will continue to work with you until your resume is perfect, and you are satisfied with the result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a conversation, where I'll ask questions to better understand your background and experience, as well as what you are looking for in a job and career. I seek to understand you, and your goals. Next, I'll review, edit, and update your resume. If you have specific jobs you're applying to, we'll tailor your resume to those specific jobs. I have a simple process where I work with my clients to gather additional information about their experience, so that we can capture the greatest skills and accomplishments in a professional and easy to read resume format.
