- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm open, I want the customer and me to feel good about the job, and price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I'd like to set up a time that is most convenient for the costumer and me. Then we meet, go over what is to be done. Then I tell them a price. They accept or not. Then I would get Materials if needed, I would then do the work. Then I would wright a invoice if one wasn't written already, and get payed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of plumbing experience. From Commercial Plumbing to Residential Plumbing. I have done huge jobs Walmart ground up, to small bathroom remodels. I'm experienced with drain cleaning machines and jets. I also have been doing small Electrical jobs for the last 2 years. I'm very handy and clean and organized. I like to do it right the first time!
