I love being a spiritual coach and watching my clients reconnect with their center. They move away from fear and worry and feeling lost to where they're able to claim their best self.

Rita Ricks is an excellent life/spiritual coach. Rita is committed to her clients well being and life. She is easy to talk with, listens well and design sessions that meets her clients needs. And to meet clients needs she use various media and various program options ( no cookie cutter ). I have had a series of coaching session that helped me developed visons and goals . But more importantly had me do the self-reflection and guidance I needed to achieve them. . She has a weekly radio station program where she has interesting speakers, themes and topics. I have attended several workgroups that she has lead masterfully; e.g. silence /mindfulness, end of the year reflection session She also has topical network sessions opportunities where people can meet and socialize. And right now I am enjoying weekday lunch time periscope session. What she says is always good and on point, so I frequently recommend her to others and share her nuggets of wisdom to my own network and my womens leadership class at work

This is an excellent class to assist you with becoming your best self. Not what others want for you but what God says and what his desires are for you. You will learn a lot about yourself when you allow yourself to go deep. Again this class is all about you. Rita does an outstanding job getting you to open up about your truth, your empowerment, what you struggle with and ways to a better you. You won't regret taking this class, you're worth it!

Rita Ricks was hired as a life coach to help get my career priorities in order. She was excellent at probing and asking questions to promote self-discovery and awareness that otherwise would not have surfaced. She is a caring and competent life coach and I highly recommend the use of her services.

Rita is a warm and supportive person that hones in on exactly what you need to help you move ahead. She has a beautiful spirit that is able to discern how to help you and she speaks with love, but is very direct. She holds you accountable and is very encouraging.
