We are HSR certified ( Home Staging Resource). It's a 3 month Home Staging Training and one of the only trainings to be accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association

After having to fire my first stager I was left in a tough spot. Photographer was coming to take pictures of my newest listing in 2 days and I had no furniture. I called Claudia with Model By Design and she rushed into action, pulled an extremely late night for me and had my listing staged in time for the photographer. This young lady went above and beyond for me and my crew. I will use her for every project I have and highly recommend her as a professional. Her style, furniture and decor is very upscale. I loved the end result!! What I appreciated as a Realtor is Claudia only charged me a small $300 deposit and the rest is due when the property sells which is UNIQUE to her company alone. Thank you Claudia and your team for the magic you created in my newest listing.

We've used model by design to stage several of our investment properties. They are very professional and Incredibly thorough. Best part is what's included in their package for the price. Very upscale furniture, personalized style and pictures for an affordable price! Highly recommend them if you want to sell your home fast!
