- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing under the rest while leaving enough in my bids to provide highest level of quality still.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have several conversations with new customers to find out what there expectations are and what their needs are and how I can accomplish those. I like to get to know something about each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completion of 4,000 hour apprenticeship for rough carpentry From department of labor and American General Contractor Association. Associates of Applied Science from SLCC. Bachelors degree in Construction Management from UVU. 25 years of building in the field experience. 10 years project management.
