Introduction: I have been working as a personal trainer since 2015. I have obtained certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and as a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). I specialize in athletic training, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and weight loss. As a trainer I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of people. I have helped people regain mobility and strength after shoulder surgeries and knee and hip replacements, aided those suffering from back pain, helped athletes add inches to their vertical, cut time in their sprints, and make increases in strength. I love to help others achieve their goals and overcome their personal trials. I am currently located at 218 Cottage Ave Sandy, Ut 84070.

Ben was so amazing to work with. I explained exactly what I wanted to accomplish while training with him, and he knew exactly how to help and we saw so much progress right away. I loved how he knew that he was supposed to train me in a general way (VASA style), but he decided that I was in shape enough to focus on what I was wanting to focus on which was jumping. And wow I saw so much progress so fast when I was working with him. Like he knows when you can give more, and he’ll get you to give it. But on the flip side he will listen to you if you have a concern or are just having a hard day or something, and he’ll take that into account. Anyways I 100% would recommend Ben, he helped me so much, and he’s just a really cool guy.

Ben was fantastic! He was very patient with me, it took me some time to even do any of the exercises and he helped me through all of them. Very professional,creative and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ben is a great trainer. I’ve worked with many people in the past and he is the first to make back health a priority. He uses different methods than anyone I’ve worked with, but I noticed results in performance almost immediately. Every week I’m getting stronger and faster. Ben is constantly checking to make sure that I’m using great form and have no pain. He is not only a good trainer and motivator, but also a good conversationalist.

Working with Ben has made a huge difference in my physical health. After multiple shoulder injuries, he has helped me tremendously in rehabilitating and strengthening my upper body. I truly enjoy working with him and could not ask for a better trainer! He is knowledgeable, attentive, motivating and fun!

Ben is helping me recover from a back injury that 10 years of physical therapy, massages, and chiropractors couldn’t fix. I feel better than I have in a very long time. He’s great!!
