Corey is seriously the best. Not only has he helped me with gaining strength, but he has also helped me gain freedom over food!! He is funny and makes things easy to follow. He responds quickly! He celebrates not just wins you have related to fitness, but also wins in your personal life! He is dedicated to his work and it always shows! If you need a personal trainer hire this guy!!!

I’ve been a client of Corey’s for over a year. During the past year he’s been the best personal trainer by far. I’ve had a few personal trainers throughout my life. Corey has never given up on getting me back into shape and been flexible with my schedule. No knock on the past personal trainers I’ve worked with, my schedule was somewhat complicated with work, schooling, travel, and personal life. I highly recommend Corey to anyone that’s wanting to make a change in their life not just physically, but mentally as well. I’ve enjoyed the complete aspect that Corey encompasses with the whole aspect of his personal training sessions. Corey has you focus on the normal routine of exercise and meal plans, but also makes sure that your taking time for yourself with putting positive thoughts into your life and limit yourself to the negativity out in the world. Others areas that Corey is exceptionally good at is his communication with getting hold of throughout the day or weekends. Corey has always answered my phone calls or text messages within a reasonable timeframe. I like that Corey has followed up with me on how my work is progressing and if there’s anything he can help me with or answer any questions I may need help with. I’ve seen a huge difference in my life since I’ve start working out with Corey. Not only in my physical physique, but with my mindset with wanting to concentrate on being more my healthy with my meal plans and the people I surround myself with. I like that Corey does put some personal accountability into my personal training, but doesn’t put me down if I missed a goal that month. Corey will call me out for it, but remains me that tomorrow is a new day, week, month, and make the changes that are needed to accomplish my goals for myself. I’ve like receiving the auto text notification of our next workout sessions that are sent out 24hrs in advance. I like that Corey encourages me to keep track of my workout and meal plans on excel or whatever technology that works for myself. Using any apps on my phone that accommodates making my life easier. I have been training with Corey for almost 2 years now, and it has been a simply phenomenal experience. I was brand new to weight training (historically more of a cardio girlie), and I was super shy/self-conscious about lifting at the gym when I first started working with Corey. Corey helped me get over that fear and pushed me (in a good way) into a gym so I could make the most of my sessions. He is consistently so approachable and GENUINELY willing to help with modifications/new movements/tips/advice when I need it. Corey has struck the best balance of tough love - kicking me into gear and telling me to suck it up when he knows I can handle it, but I’ve also experienced a sensitive, supportive side to Corey that has brought me to tears when he helps me stop being so hard on myself. I couldn’t recommend working with him enough!

I’ve been training with Corey for 4 years and have no regrets! He’s great about working around my schedule, needs and goals. He’s helped me progress in my emotional and mental health, along with my physical health. He helps me set realistic and attainable goals with my workouts and nutrition plans. He always encourages me to find balance in my life so that I’m able to reach my goals in a healthy and happy way. Corey is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and adaptable.

I trained with Corey the entire time I lived in Salt Lake City. Hands down the best dude and trainer I’ve ever worked with. Going to the gym was always something that intimidated me, but Corey made it something I really enjoyed. To this day I use and value everything he taught me. If you’re thinking of working with a trainer Corey is the one you want to hire.
