- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work within the framework of 6 to 12 months. My rates are based upon my client's unique circumstance, which I can't know until we meet and talk. I offer a complimentary two hour discovery session to potential clients, so that we can each determine whether it's a fit-and if I can help them achieve their objectives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Modern technology allows me to be very versatile. I can effectively work with clients remotely by Skype, Viber and telephone. I have an office located in Santa Ana, CA. and on occasion, I travel to see my clients, in person. I have coached clients in several time zones, including Japan, Hawaii, Michigan and Australia.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the University of Santa Monica's Spiritual Psychology masters Program, 2004 and their Consciousness Health and Healing program, 2006. I am also a certified Soul Centered Life Coach, thru the University of Santa Monica. Basically, that means that I coach from the perspective that all challenges have a spiritual origin that must be addressed in order to resolve them...regardless of whether they are Relationship, Business, Dating, Financial, Career, Health or Emotional.
