- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WE use a standard unit pricing for all tasks. The prices do vary based on the specific promotions available at any given time. We typically run Hoilday Specials, and Summertime Specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact we complete a customer profile and review the needs of the customer and schedule the appropriate appointment. Technicians arrive in a timely manner clean, and dressed in uniform. Technician reviews the work to be completed and then provides a written estimate before beginning work. After clean-up the customer provides payment and the technician provides all documentation and a final invoice to the customer, including warranty information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Contractor since 1987, I teach Electrical and Garage Door Repair apprentices in a State Approved Program. We attend professional association and manufacturer training on all products regularly and renew all certifications yearly.
