- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins by listening to the customer and learning what their needs are. We want to know what issues they're facing and what results they're looking for. We then like to visit our customer and perform an inspection and provide them with a diagnosis. This way the customer is able to learn what the plumbing issue is, and what needs to be done to solve it. From there we schedule for the services to be provided, either right then and there or whenever is most convenient for our clients. Each case is different and we approach each and everyone with a positive and optimistic attitude. We apply our knowledge and experience we've gained over the 13 years we've been in business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Great question! Our company was launched by our founder Jesus Moreno in 2004. He has always enjoyed and had an aptitude for mechanical hands on work. When he became seriously ill with asthma and bronchitis he had to leave his position as General Manager of a sheet metal company where he had worked for many years. He knew he had to do something where he could use his hands. He decided to go into handyman work and soon realized that the plumbing jobs he was doing were what he enjoyed the most. It kept him busy, every new project was a challenge he enjoyed solving, and he enjoyed the piecing together of various parts to deliver a functional solution that his clients could rely on and appreciate. And so, he decided to launch J & M Plumbers. Today we look for technicians who also love the hands-on work and enjoy the problem solving involved in every new case we explore.
