I'm NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified as a Personal Trainer, and I have an extra certificate in Corrective Exercise. I can give you world-class training by applying this knowledge and incorporating cutting-edge independent research that is even more updated than any certificate or degree available. I’m a nerd when it comes to reading medical journals online, and I often find studies that are only a few months old. The science is changing every day. I can train you at Key2Fitness, my home/garage gym in Santa Barbara, or at your home or nearby park with the equipment I carry. Sessions include: - Advanced Flexibility Exercises - Resistance Training - Corrective Exercise - Balance Exercises - Cardio - Nutrition Advice - Health Advise This also includes access to the app I created, Tip Top Fitness, which gives you your homework in a streamlined way with videos and details of your customized routines. I can give you a free consultation to find out what your goals are, assess your current fitness level, and let you know how your sessions will be structured. This can be done over the phone. First session for just $50. Laurence is absolutely the best trainer I’ve used. He’s always responsive, punctual, and very organized and willing to be flexible with timings. His workouts and plans are holistic, up to date with the latest fitness research, and always custom tailored to my specific goals that month or even day. My husband uses Laurence as well, and soon my father in law will too! Laurence is also just a kind, supportive, stand-up guy.

I cannot recommend Laurence enough. He is a super motivating coach. I feel stronger both physically and mentally after working with him for over 6 months. Laurence is awesome! I started working out with him outside in Santa Barbara when I was going through difficult personal times and needed consistency. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and designs workouts custom to me. Great guy, super easy to talk to, and very professional too. There is a lot to say - he is responsive to my questions, concerns and progress. He listens and is ready to slow up if necessary due to my inexperience. He gives freely his knowledge and tips. The best part is that he is patient and encouraging. I'm not giving up.
