Introduction: For massage: I specialize in Deep Tissue, Thai and Trigger Point massage. If you have a specific issue, you have come to the right place. I enjoy “fixing” complex pain patterns and I am knowledgeable in working with injuries and specific conditions. The custom full-body treatment features rhythmic compression, cross-fiber friction, rocking, and stretching. The intention is to facilitate a repatterning of old tension and holdings in the body in order to create room for more opening. During the session, I will work with you to find your therapeutic edge so that you can experience a level of pressure that is beneficial for you. For energy work: The mind is a powerful tool and thoughts are directly connected to the energetic body and the physical body. I use reiki and light touch to clear energy blockages in order to restore the innate “light” that has been dimmed through stress, trauma, or addictions. I have four years of experience working in clinical /sports massage clinics, spas, and in private practice. My safe and relaxing healing space is located in the Sunset.
