- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We credit all Diagnostics towards repairs or replacement. For all of our Seniors we offer a 5% discount on all repairs and replacement. All military, teachers and public officials receive 5% off on all repairs or replacement. We offer free estimates 24 hours a day seven days a week. Ask about our no interest financing options
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first send a booking confirmation through Service Titian by email and text message. Then you can track your technician when he is on the way to your home or business. All technicians are fully equipped with iPads for all estimates and invoices.
