- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we consult with the customer over the phone to get a feel of their situation and what they are looking for. Once we have an idea of the project we will schedule either an on site or in office appointment (if it is a larger project) and go over the specifics and put together either a straight or development proposal. If it is a straight forward service call then we can schedule a service date right over the phone.

Started up through the ranks and apprenticeship in the construction and service industry
