- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base pricing is hourly, based on size of venue and number of guests (which determine the amount and type of equipment we need to bring). Discounts for Thumbtack first-time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Determine date of event and availability 2. Determine venue, offer venue suggestions if needed 3. Determine event program/agenda, offer suggestions as needed 4. Agree on price and send contract 5. Receive booking deposit and finalize contract
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
