FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will offer flat fee pricing based on the project and for projects that exceed the parameters of the flat fee pricing (ie, additional revision time, ad on's etc), I will include an hourly rate. All this will be outlined and approved by the client prior to starting the work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with a free consultation and will want to get to know you and learn in more detail what my clients are looking for, ask to see Pinterest boards and other inspirational pieces. I will always be honest and upfront on my confidence level in completing the job to the highest of standards. If I don't feel like it's a good fit, I will let clients know. Once we nail down the direction, we'll set a timeline for final produt delivery. I'll then create mocks and go through a pre-designated number of revisions based on the project. But we don't stop until the client is happy with the final product. And above all else, we have as much fun in the process as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a self taught artist my entire life. I also have almost a decades worth of media experience in advertising that has allowed me to transfer my talents to the workplace. I've done commissioned work for several weddings and events, and have decided to leave my advertising job to pursue creative services full time.
