Coming from the power-lifting world I will help clients feel secure when lifting and form on all major hits. Got injuries? That shouldn’t stop you from starting on your fitness goals. I myself have had some injuries on my back, quadriceps, hamstring and abductor tear. It’s important to understand if you have any limitations or if you’d like to learn alternative methods. Because we all know that coming back from an injury takes patience. My clients can expect personalize training fit to their busy schedules for a very reasonable price! Ray is an excellent trainer. I made noticeable progress through the programs he created for me. He’s very experienced and attentive which was really helpful when learning new exercises. He always created a comfortable and enjoyable environment while keeping the sessions productive. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Working with Ray has been wonderful. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable, Ray was everything I looked for in a personal trainer. Being completely new to the gym and to exercise in general, I was looking for someone to help me with form and technique while crafting a easy to follow plan that is sustainable over the long term. He was incredibly patient and understanding, willing to answer all of my questions in a detailed and concise manner. He provides excellent feedback and is always there to motivate you to surpass your limits. Most importantly, he is incredibly attentive and caring, always checking in on you and how you are feeling, every session. He takes the time to get to know his clients and truly works with them to help them get stronger and achieve their goals. TL;DR: Ray is probably one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is professional and motivated, always willing to lend his ear and will definitely help you achieve your goals!

If there were one word to describe Ray it would be "professional" which is huge in this field. Ray has the tools and knowledge to help you succeed. His workout routines are unique and different. They incorporate balance, core strength and upper/lower body which is much more effective in my opinion. All my areas of weakness have improved tremendously in a short period of time by getting personal training by Ray. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking to reach certain goals and get fit.

Ray's training sessions are affordable and great value. He's open to tailoring his workout program to your goals and needs. He focuses on form, technique and safety during all the exercises and will not unnecessarily push you if he thinks there's any chance of injury or soreness later. He is patient in answering questions and providing feedback based on his personal power lifting and training experience. Ray and the other folks at the gym are very friendly. The gym is clean, well maintained and follows all COVID safety guidelines. Really glad to have found Ray on Thumbtack, I would highly recommend working with him for achieving your health and fitness goals!

Working with Personal trainer Ray has been life-changing. I had a dream to power lift and was referred over to Ray with no clue where to start but he was able to coach me, push me, and give me the knowledge I needed. I’ve been training over a year now starting off with powerlifting and now getting in the best shape of my life. I’ve gained much more confidence in the gym. Ray believed in me and pushed me until I reached my goals and even further. It’s always a great time and an amazing learning experience.
