We had a water heater leaking at my mother's place and it was kind of an emergency yesterday. Matt was able to diagnose that the water heater that was installed 5 years ago couldn't be saved, and happened to be model that was a 15 year old model from Home Depot - which makes us a bit upset with the last plumber. He was able to come by last minute, on a Friday and swapped out the water heater much faster than we expected. My mother is happy and not stressing us out, so that makes us feel much better. He also didn't charge us an arm and a leg like the last guy we used for my husband and I's place. We will definitely use him again for future plumbing projects because he seemed honest and upfront, which we appreciate.

We needed a sump pump installed in our basement since it flooded last year and found Matt’s plumbing here. Matt was very professional on the phone and in person. He came to check out basement and understand our flooding issue. He then suggested different ways to keep our basement from flooding. I also talked to different plumbers who could have installed a sump pump for us but ultimately decided to go with Matt. He called to schedule the job and explained what was going to be installed. Later he called again and explained that he had to make changes to the original plan. It was nice that he thought about our project more and tried to figure out how to make it work better for us. On the day of our project, his employee Cody, called me before he arrived. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do and how long it would take. The job went exactly as he said and he cleaned up as best as he could. He was super polite and took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall I had a great experience with Matt and his team. He was honest and truly wanted to solve our flooding problem. I would hire him again for any plumbing issues.

Matt response really fast. He came to check the shutoff valve condition and helped us coordinate with the city water to turn on the stuck street valve. He is professional and replaced the valve nicely. I appreciate his help.
