- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are based on the assumption that the information that you provide is accurate and complete. Our fees are all-inclusive; there are absolutely no charges beyond what is quoted to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We utilize cloud-based technology that allows us to provide a seamless, expedited engagement. All clients receive access to their client portal where they can upload and store any relevant documents and interact with our team in real time. Assuming that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and exhaustive, we have a 48-business-hour turnaround time for tax preparation engagements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent licensed by the US Treasury Department. This license allows me prepare tax returns for all taxpayers (individuals and businesses) as well as represent clients before the IRS for any type of audit or correspondence. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Taxation.
