- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd prefer to come by the house and have a real walk through and get to meet the pets first. If you have any specific instructors (medicines, how much food) it'd really help me if you'd write them down--not necessary, of course, but just so that we're all happy and healthy :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Let them meet your animals first, and with plenty of time to come up with a back up plan. Not all animals and humans get along well, and, in order for your furry family members to be happiest, they should be comfortable with their sitters.
