Colleen kept us all informed about what was happening and seemed to go well beyond in holding hands and bringing other responsible parties to the table to bring the sale to a completion.

Colleen helped us find a perfect place, even though we were tough customers and had a lot of unusual requests along the way.
She was always patient and very knowledgeable about questions that arose. I really liked that she allowed me to home shop and also sent me extras to consider, it really helped knowing our options as we proceeded.
I would definitely use her and recommend her in the future.
