Introduction: I am a licensed personal trainer through PTA Global. I work for Sports Performance Training center, located in Santa Rosa. We specialize in creating customized fitness programs that will help you tone up, improve your strength and balance, increase your endurance, and bring out that inner athlete. We offer private sessions and group conditioning classes. I have been an athlete my whole life. I love the teaching/coaching aspect of personal training and my background as a runner, lacrosse player, rock-climber, and cyclist has helped me work with a variety of clients. I am also a new mom and love working with prenatal and postpartum moms who are looking to prepare for labor or get their bodies back after having their babies. SPTC will be starting up a new mommy and me class, so please contact me for more information. I love working to help individuals reach their personal fitness goals. My favorite aspect of personal training is being a part of someone's journey as they improve their speed, strength, endurance or as they simply gain more confidence in their physical appearance. No matter the fitness level, whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, I love working with you to achieve those goals.

Jessica Dickson is exactly the kind of personal trainer to help people comfortably and positively achieve their fitness goals. I've always been intimidated by having a trainer. After working with Jessica, I think I have changed my mind. She gives suggestions before, after, and during workouts, but quickly explains her rationale without impeding motivation. She is sociable, fun, and clearly has a passion for fitness and nutrition. If you are looking for a down to earth, comfortable, and challenging trainer, you won't go wrong Jessica.

I have taken some of Jessica's HIIT classes and they are awesome! She provides a great, diverse workout while motivating you to keep pushing. Jessica is also excellent at modifying the workout if you have any physical challenges (like I did after a cesarean) or have focus areas.

Jessica is an amazing trainer. She is very knowledgable about getting back into shape after having a baby. I have never felt better after one of her workouts . They are never dull and super fun!
