- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is really simple. A One Day Build is $1500. This covers websites up to 20 pages. This includes the full day where we design, build and launch your WordPress site. We also offer discounted ongoing maintenance for clients that have their site built through One Day Builds. We have two packages: $25 per month (normally $29) includes daily plugin updates, daily cloud backups, daily security scans and WordPress core updates. Our other package is everything in the $25 package plus unlimited 30 minute tasks throughout the month. These tasks can be used for content updates, fixes, questions or anything else related to your site. This package is $110 per month (normally $150 per month).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts by sending you a prep guide that goes over what you need to gather to be ready for your build. Once you have content ready, we can schedule your build day. The day typically looks like this: 9am: Kickoff call. Go over content and design of site 9:30-11:30: Design mockup is created 11:30: Review and revise design mockup 12-12:45: Lunch Break 12:45 - 1:45: Create development site and build homepage from mockup 1:45 - 3:30: Add all content for interior pages 3:30 - 4:30: Setup plugins and 3rd party systems 4:30 - 5: Final site revisions and testing. Launch Website to your hosting.
