I cannot think of anything but great things about this company. (I actually tried to) We had a super old furnace (1965 if you can believe it) that was going to cost way too much to fix and decided that it was time to replace it. I checked with friends for their recommendations and of course what yelpers were saying and came up with 5 different companies for quotes.
Tarpy was one of the highest rated on yelp and Paul Tarpy himself came out the very next morning to evaluate the job and he gave me a written quote right there on the spot. None of this waiting for days for a quote and then more days for an install - nope - this was instant customer service.
I almost signed up right on the spot because he found me such a great deal on the furnace and AC but I had the other companies coming out to give me quotes so I waited - some came and said they would get me a quote in a few days, some never bothered to write out a quote but kept throwing numbers around until I was confused and others just couldn't get out faster than a week later to even see the job. It was cold - I went with Tarpy and when the other quotes came back eventually I was REALY happy I had chosen Tarpy - that, and they were really great during the installation - super concerned about keeping everything clean with tarps etc. they arrived exactly when they said they would, they even sent me a picture of my installer Alberto.
They had the whole system installed in one day and when we changed our minds a week later about getting one of those fancy thermostats that reads your mind - they gave us a great discounted price on it too and installed it for free. See what I mean? I can't think of anything they could have done better. Paul Tarpy, your company rocks. I feel like I'm living in a hotel it's so comfortable now.

When our heating and a/c system was installed 4 years ago, it was not done right. Tarpy came to the rescue by diagnosing and re-configuring the system. Their employees are courteous and conscientious. I can highly recommend them.

I called 10 companies before finding Tarpy. One company came out and strung me along for days in he heat wave. Tarpy got me an appointment weeks quicker than other companies, showed up early and had if fixed in an hour. I can't say enough good about them!
